What expectations did we have before getting this video? I really think they met our expectations, and that is pretty hard to do because I feel like we are a very demanding team, and they really met us in the middle and were really responsive.
What were our concerns or fears? Just delays in work, things not working out, product not turning out, and we didn’t have any of that. We loved everything with Promoshin.
The team was awesome. The staff was awesome. The best thing is that they were quick at communicating with us, that we didn’t have to wait 24 hours.
The only reason projects were ever held up was because we were causing delays in the project on decisions. I liked the ability to change anything throughout the process and I liked the ability to have feedback consistently throughout, and not feel bad about changing it as well.
